Prohibited operating states

Under improper operating states, the operational safety of the system cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, improper operating states must be avoided at all costs.

The system may not be operated under the following conditions:

• The system is not being used as intended.
• The system or parts of the system are damaged, the electrical system has been installed incorrectly or the insulation is damaged.
• Safety and protective devices are not operational, are defective, are improperly installed or are missing.
• The system is not operating without problems.
• There are people or foreign objects in the danger zones of the machine.
• The system was modified without authorization or altered in an unauthorized manner.
• The control system has been modified in an unauthorized manner.
• Operating parameters have been altered in an unauthorized manner.
• An unauthorized tool is being used.
• The specified maintenance intervals have been exceeded.
• Bypassing limit switches and other control components – especially safety components – is strictly prohibited!
• Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication may not operate or maintain the machine.
