Basic module
The base module (base drive) is the drive unit for the lower rotational axis (base axis), which rotates the entire robot system around the vertical axis. The base module is used to control the horizontal positioning of the robot in space.
The drive system enables a continuous and controlled rotational motion at a defined speed and with a torque reserve, allowing the robot to perform precise and repeatable movements. The servomotor, brake and sensors are installed in the main body of the base module.
The base module is equipped with connectors for power supply and robot communication from the control unit.
The base plate of the base module is equipped with holes for mounting the base module to a solid surface. The next module is mechanically connected to the module coupler using connecting clamps.
