Process flow

Starting automatic mode​

  • ✓ The system is turned on and ready for operation.
  • ► Check the status of all system components in the RobCo Studio user interface.
    • ⇨ If individual components are not operational, correct the cause or arrange for it to be corrected (see also Malfunctions during operation).
  • ► Use the RobCo Studio user interface to download the appropriate program for the product.
  • ► Turn on automatic mode (see Switching between operating modes).
  • ► Launch the robot program using RobCo Studio.
  • ► Monitor the first run of the batch program.
  • ⇒ Automatic mode has started.

Stopping automatic mode​

  • ✓ Automatic mode is enabled and a robot program is running.
  • ► Stop automatic mode on the RobCo Studio user interface.
    • ⇨ The current sequence of the robot program is executed until it reaches the end.
    • ⇨ The robot program is then stopped.
  • ⇒ Automatic mode has been stopped.
