Unpacking

The robot is shipped in a wooden crate held together with screws. Plastic and foam inserts are used to secure the load.

WARNING! Due to the high mass of the components, there is a risk of crushing and impact injuries when handling them.

NOTICE! Do not lift by the cables, joints or end effector.

Requirements

  • A level, stable surface with sufficient open space
  • Cordless screwdriver or drill with a matching screwdriver bit.
  • Lifting equipment or 2–3 people (depending on the configuration)

Before opening

  • Check the packaging for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If shock/tilt indicators are present: check their status. If there is visible damage or if any indicators have been triggered, document the condition (with photos), notify the manufacturer or shipping carrier and do not put the robot into operation.
  • Pay attention to the orientation of the box (top/bottom markings).

Disposal of packaging materials

  • Sort materials by type.
  • Separate the wood, plastic film and foam for recycling or disposal in accordance with applicable national regulations.
