Restarting after an unscheduled shutdown

System malfunction causing a system standstill​

  • ► Remove all objects and materials to the extent necessary to resolve the problem.
  • ► Eliminate the cause of the malfunction so that the affected system component is operational again.
  • ► Acknowledge all error messages in RobCo Studio.
  • ► If a safety function was triggered, for example, by opening a safety door: Press the Safety Reset button on the control unit to confirm that the system is ready for safe operation.
  • ► Continue with the process.
  • ⇒ The system was put into operation.

Power outage​

After a power outage, all control commands are reset to zero and all drives are automatically shut down. The system must be turned back on (see also Activation).
