ATTENTION
Risk of damage caused by unsuitable cleaning agents and cleaning methods
Inappropriate cleaning agents can cause damage to the system or its components.
► Wear protective gloves and safety goggles.
► Use only mild cleaning agents whenever possible.
► Do not use high-pressure equipment or harsh or corrosive cleaning agents.
Cleaning instructions
- Do not apply excessive force to the robot arm, as such force can overload the brakes and cause the robot arm to fall downward.
- Support the modules to be cleaned so as not to overload or damage the robotic arm.
- Clean only with a damp, well-wrung-out cloth or a dry cloth.
- Do not spray liquids directly onto robot components.
- Make sure that no moisture penetrates the modules, terminals or gaps.
- Do not put the system back into operation until all surfaces are completely dry.

- ✓ The entire system is turned off and locked to prevent it from being turned back on.
- ► Remove dirt, dust and debris from the exterior surfaces of the robot.
- ► Remove all objects/obstacles from the robot's operating area that are not part of the robot system. The range of motion must be free of foreign objects.
- ► Check the two air filters on the control unit for dirt.
- ► Replace dirty air filters (Type 07F.15, manufacturer: FINDER GmbH).
