OSSD signal filtering

OSSD signal filtering is used to suppress interference pulses in the OSSD output signals without compromising the safety function.

All safety inputs are filtered to allow the use of OSSD safety devices with pulse lengths less than 3 ms. The safety input is sampled at one-millisecond intervals and the input's state is then determined by the most frequently occurring input signal over the last 7 milliseconds.
