Connecting the base module
The power supply and communication connectors on the base module are each equipped with a bayonet lock.

Connecting the base module
- ✓ The illuminated selector switch on the control unit is set to the "Off" position.
- ► Rotate the plug so that the widest pin is facing up.
- ► Plug the connector into the socket and turn the threaded ring clockwise until the lock clicks into place.
- ► Connect the cables for robot communication and power supply to the control unit and the base module.

ATTENTION
Risks posed by system functionality
Disconnecting the power supply and communication connections of the robot can cause voltage spikes that are harmless to humans but can cause substantial damage to the system.
► Turn off the control unit before disconnecting or connecting any cables.
- ✓ The illuminated selector switch on the control unit is set to the "Off" position.
- ► Gently push the plug into the socket, turn the plug counterclockwise and pull it out.
