Warranty and obligations

As a general rule, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (GTC) of RobCo GmbH apply. The user will be provided with this information for review no later than the time the contract is signed.

A prerequisite for claiming liability for material defects under statutory law is that the product be used as intended.
