Robot State

The Robot's overall status panel — its operation mode, whether a Flow is running, and whether the Robot is stopped or faulted. This is the Widget to place first on any Dashboard: it answers "what is the cell doing right now?" before any other Widget is read.

Supports a background color, which is worth setting so the status panel stands out from the displays around it.
