Dashboard Editor

On the Dashboard Editor you create and edit your Dashboards.

A Dashboard is the operator-facing screen for a cell. You compose it from Widgets, so you decide exactly which information is visible and which actions an operator is allowed to execute — without giving them access to the Flow itself.

What you can do here

  • Add, arrange and remove Widgets on a Dashboard.
  • Choose what each Widget reads or writes — for example a Variable bound to an I/O.
  • Allow specific actions, such as starting a Flow or setting a value, through Widgets like Set Variable or Generic Button.
  • Configure Widgets that reconfigure a Flow without re-teaching it, such as the Configure Pallet Widget used with the Palletizing Node.

Once a Dashboard is built here, operators use it in the Dashboard Viewer, where it cannot be modified.
